Five gentle steps, no pressure at all
Most families come to us anxious and leave the first conversation lighter. Here is how we begin — at your pace, with nurse-led oversight throughout.
Free visit · No obligation · Plain-English quote
From first call to care at home
Call Kirsty, use the enquiry form, or email — tell us what is worrying you. No forms marathon, no hard sell. We listen first.
Kirsty visits at a time that suits your family. She meets your loved one in their own home, sees daily life as it really is, and answers questions face to face.
Together we discuss mobility, medication, meals, companionship and anything else on your mind. Kirsty applies twenty-five years of nursing judgement — not a generic checklist.
We agree hours, tasks and clinical oversight in plain English, with a written quote before anything is confirmed. You decide the pace — there is no pressure to proceed.
Kayleigh introduces carers chosen for personality and skill — the same familiar faces wherever possible. Visits begin when you feel ready, not before.
Plans reviewed and adapted
Starting care is not the end of the conversation. Aurora stays involved — adjusting support as life changes.
Kirsty and Kayleigh stay in touch — not just at the start. We ask how visits feel and whether anything needs adjusting.
Needs change after illness, bereavement or a hospital stay. Hours and tasks flex without renegotiating from scratch or hidden fees.
You speak to Kirsty or Kayleigh — not a call centre. If something urgent arises outside our hours, we signpost you to NHS 111 or 999 as appropriate.
The first conversation is often the hardest
You do not need to have every answer ready. Tell us what is worrying you — we will guide you through the rest, honestly and without pressure.
